DOMICILIARY CARE WORKER

  • Flexibility to work within a team and with a person centred approach.

  • Make our members feel valued, supporting them with infinite patience and sympathy.

  • Support all personal needs, follow care plans and risk assessments

  • Adhere to health and safety when supporting our members.

  • Put into practice the aims of the organisation.

  • Travel time paid,45p per mile paid if you use your own car.

  • Contribute by working flexibly and using your initiative when required.

  • Follow Spectrum Days policy and procedure.

  • Need to be able to drive, we have vehicles for staff use.

  • Hours are negotiable.

The post is supporting children and adults with complex and physical disabilities. The shifts will vary, usually three to four hours of a morning and three to four hours of an evening. There is a possibility of a requirement to work weekends. These can be discussed at interview.

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff wear full PPE provided by the charity.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £10.25 per hour

Schedule:
