DOMICILIARY CARE WORKER
Flexibility to work within a team and with a person centred approach.
Make our members feel valued, supporting them with infinite patience and sympathy.
Support all personal needs, follow care plans and risk assessments
Adhere to health and safety when supporting our members.
Put into practice the aims of the organisation.
Travel time paid,45p per mile paid if you use your own car.
Contribute by working flexibly and using your initiative when required.
Follow Spectrum Days policy and procedure.
Need to be able to drive, we have vehicles for staff use.
Hours are negotiable.
The post is supporting children and adults with complex and physical disabilities. The shifts will vary, usually three to four hours of a morning and three to four hours of an evening. There is a possibility of a requirement to work weekends. These can be discussed at interview.
COVID-19 considerations:
All staff wear full PPE provided by the charity.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £10.25 per hour
