At Spectrum Days, we provide specialist day opportunities for adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and complex needs. Our services are designed to be person-centred, engaging, and fun,

helping every individual make the most of their day.

 

🌟 What We Offer

 

Personalised Support

We understand that no two people are the same. Our experienced

team works closely with each member, their families, and support networks to create a tailored programme that meets individual needs, goals, and preferences.

We currently provide support for individuals with a range of health needs, including catheter and stoma care, epilepsy management, respiratory support, PEG feeding and nutritional assistance, as well as incontinence care. 

 

Therapeutic Activities

We provide a wide range of therapy-based sessions, designed to support physical health, communication, sensory stimulation, and emotional wellbeing.

 

These may include:
Physiotherapy, sensory room sessions, Hydrotherapy, 

Rebound Therapy, music therapies,

communication-focused

support, including Sign-a-Long

and assistive technology, engaging group activities

 

Our daily timetable offers a wide variety of activities

delivered by both our dedicated staff and visiting external providers. We aim to create opportunities for members to try new experiences, develop skills, and have fun in a supportive environment.

Home-Cooked Meals

Each day, members are served a freshly prepared, nutritious lunch, cooked onsite by our Catering Coordinator. We cater to all dietary requirements and strive to make mealtimes a positive, social experience.

Transport Service

Our day begins as early as 7am, with our accessible minibuses collecting members from across The Three Counties. Our trained transport team ensures a safe, friendly, and comfortable journey, setting the tone for a great day ahead.💙

A Typical Day with Us

7am
Morning Transport Begins
Each morning from 7am, our friendly team of drivers and support workers set off across the Three Counties to collect our members and bring them safely to Spectrum Days.

10am
Therapies and Activities Begin
From 10am, our highly skilled and dedicated team begin supporting members with their individual therapy programmes, while others take part in engaging morning activities or head out for a trip into the community.

1pm
Therapies and Activities Begin
From 1pm, the afternoon brings a new wave of energy as therapy sessions and activities get underway. Our experienced and dedicated team continue to support members with their personalised therapy programmes, while others take part in a variety of stimulating activities or venture out into the community for a local walk.

9am
Arrival at the Centre
From 9am, our members begin arriving at the centre. As they settle in, our staff are on hand to offer a warm welcome, help everyone get comfortable, and prepare for the day ahead, often with a favourite drink in hand to start the day!

12pm
Lunch time!
From 12pm, our members enjoy a nutritious, home-cooked meal and pudding freshly prepared by our Catering Coordinator. Meals are tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, with a focus on flavour, texture, and quality ingredients. 

3pm
Afternoon Transport Begins
From 3pm, our members begin their journeys home after a fulfilling day of activities, therapies, and socialisation. Our transport team ensures a safe and comfortable trip back, with familiar faces on hand to support each individual. It's time to rest, recharge, and look forward to another day of fun and friendship at Spectrum Days.
