Volunteer for Spectrum Days

At Spectrum Days, we believe in the power of people — and the magic that happens when we come together to support young adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).

Our volunteers are a vital part of our community. Whether you're helping in our day centre, supporting creative sessions, or lending your skills behind the scenes, your time can make a real difference.

Volunteering with us isn’t just rewarding — it’s life-changing.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering at Spectrum Days gives you

the chance to:

needs in a high quality centre of care.

🌱 Learn new skills and gain meaningful experience

🎨 Be part of creative, sensory, and therapeutic activities

🧩 Help build a more inclusive and compassionate world

🤝 Connect with an inspiring, supportive team

Whether you have a few hours a week or want to help on a project basis, there’s a place for you here.

Ways You Can Volunteer

👋 Day Centre Support
Get involved in daily sessions — helping with arts, music, movement, or simply offering companionship.

🎭 Activity Volunteers
Bring your talents! Do you paint, sing, garden, or craft? Our young people love sensory and creative engagement.

🛠 Behind the Scenes
Help us with admin, fundraising, marketing, or event planning — we always need helping hands.

🌟 Specialist Volunteers
If you have professional experience in care, therapy, education, or accessible tech, your skills can have a huge impact.
