''I started at spectrum days in November 2023. Since I’ve been working there I have seen how much the members love it, they come into the centre full of smiles and that is heart warming to see.
There is such a team spirit with in the staff, every day is a learning experience and I love that I’m still learning. I have learned so much about myself saying I can’t do this but yes I can, especially when it comes to more complex tasks such as supporting members with PEGs.
The members love going out for the day with horses riding, the beach, riding on specialist bikes, even down to the local pub for lunch.
